- Restocking Fees: Up to 100% fee may be applied for customer-damaged returns on drones/electronics or fraudulent returns. Up to 20% fee may apply to returns due to buyer's remorse, including:

- No longer needed/wanted
- Misrepresented return reason
- Abuse of the return process (e.g., claiming defects that cannot be verified upon inspection).
If the drone is crashed due to a defective error, proof of error must be provided for a full refund, or the return will not be accepted. Drones must be unbound from your account to receive refund.
