• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
• International shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for return shipping outside the U.S.
• Restocking Fees: Up to 100% fee may be applied for customer-damaged returns on drones/electronics or fraudulent returns. Up to 20% fee may apply to returns due to buyer's remorse, including:
• Accidental order
• Found a better price
• No longer needed/wanted
• Misrepresented return reason
• Abuse of the return process (e.g., claiming defects that cannot be verified upon inspection).

If the drone is crashed due to a defective error, proof of error must be provided for a full refund, or the return will not be accepted. Drones must be unbound from your account to receive refund.
