Do I have to pay for the shipping fees?
Shipping is covered by the requestor. We do not provide or pay for shipping under any circumstances.
I don't have all the chargers, cables, batteries, and accessories. Can I still trade it in?
Yes you can! Just send in what you have and we will evaluate everything.
What products can I trade in?
At this time we are only accepting drones and their accessories.
I no longer want to trade in my device. Can I cancel the process?
Once you have received a credit, or payment, for the trade in the order can no longer be cancelled.
Do I need an account on your website to receive store credit?
You do not need an account on our website in order to receive the store credit. You will, however, need a valid email address.
What will happen to my device once traded in?
Once the trade in is complete, our team of technicians will erase all of your data and reset the aircraft to factory defaults. From there, your device will either be resold or recycled.
How long does the process take?
Once we receive your aircraft, it takes approximately 2 weeks for our evaluations team to check your device. Once complete we will send you an email with a final evaluation.
Do I need proof of purchase for trading in?
No. Sending in your proof of purchase is not required. However, if you still have the proof of purchase, we suggest that you include it in the package for faster processing.
How should I ship my device?
- Discharge your device's battery to below 30% and switch it off. Do not ship batteries that are defective or swollen.
- Attach the protectors to your gimbal and include in the package all the accessories that you still have.
- Surround the product with suitable filler material if required.
- Print out and attach the mailing label you will receive at the end of the check-out process. Re-teck will arrange for your device to be picked up via express service.
